We had a great trip at Premier Village with our family. Everything here amazing, very nice view. Our kids enjoy kids club so much and the teachers here are amazing, Ms Hana, Van, Huyen help them with all the activities. Thank you!

Very nice resort. Kind crew and facilities. And nice food. Especialy home dining food. Very good. The beach is very clean and wonder sight!

We booked a villa here through air bnb. I should have realised something was wrong when I arrived and was told that my villa had been upgraded. The check in desk nervously pointed to a villa on the map that was as far away from the lobby as you can get. A 30 minute walk in fact or a buggy ride that took almost as long as it took to get from the airport. As soon as we arrived at our villa we were all shocked. No infinity pool with unobstructed views of the bay, no open bright and airy lounge and dining room as depicted in all our photos. No nice bedrooms beautifully appointed. It was like we had booked a beautiful house in Beverly Hills and got a cave from the flintstones. The pool was dark with no view, the villa was surrounded in thick bush and the rooms were dark, small and pokey. We immediately got back in the buggy and spoke to the manager. He was as helpful as gasoline in a bush fire. He did nothing to try and understand our position. We showed him what we had booked and all the photos that went with it and he blamed everyone else other than the hotel, it was airbnbs fault for the mistake, I told him that we couldn't stay there and he practically showed us the door, I quickly thought that the best solution was to ask how much it would be to change to one of the villas that was depicted on our booking. He had a look and came back with a wry smile and told me it would be 800. I'm in Vietnam so asfuned it was in Vietnamese dong. I thought ok and he showed us the villa. The exact one in our photos, I said perfect let's just pay for the upgrade, the villa cost $3,600 New Zealand dollars and the upgrade around a $100 more a night, So we came back and only then did I find out that it was $800 USD extra per night around $6,600 nzd. There was no attempt to help, no upgrade just a brand new transaction at full cost. I looked on line and I could have booked it cheaper. What a joke. I don't recommend . We left and went done where much nicer at half the cost and hit a full refund from air bnb

We had a great holiday in one of the beach villas. The villas are very stylish with a private pool and beach access. It,is a huge property, very well managed. We had the pleasure to meet the general manager and exchange a bit with him. We highly recommend this hotel on Phu Quoc Island without any hestitation.

Fantastic hotel with highly professional and hospitable staff! Special thanks to Tù Tù for all her help and kindness. The villas are comfortable, spacious and equipped with a private pool! The hotel facilities are clean, modern and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!
